摘　　要：臀肌筋膜疼痛症是临床常见病,其治疗在于能否准确找出活动的、隐匿的激痛点。笔者认为中医十二经筋理论中的臀部结筋病灶点与臀肌筋膜疼痛症相关激痛点的分布有一定联系,甚至重叠。该文探讨如何运用臀部结筋病灶点分布特征来寻找活动的、隐匿的激痛点,从而指导臀肌筋膜疼痛症的治疗。Gluteus myofascial pain syndrome is a common disease. Its treatment depends on identifying active and hidden trigger point accurately. The author believed that focus of muscle regions of hip from the theory of twelve muscle regions of Chinese medicine can be affiliated （ even overlap ） with distribution of trigger points of gluteus myofaseial pain syndrome. This article discusses how to use distribution of focus of muscle regions of hip to find the active and hidden trigger point so as to guide the treatment of gluteus myofaseial pain syndrome.
