加减小柴胡汤治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎理论探析

摘　　要：儿童过敏性鼻炎为正气不足,卫阳不固,腠理疏松,外邪乘虚而入,阳气无从泄越,导致气机不畅,津液停于鼻窍而形成本病。加减小柴胡汤,寒温并用,升降并行,攻补兼施,和畅气机,扶正驱邪,为和解之剂。苦寒调畅气机,宣通表里,辛温疏郁达邪,扶正驱邪,使肺之宣降有序,脾胃和降有因,肾纳气有根,则过敏性鼻炎自愈。Children with allergic rhinitis is due to vital-Qi deifieieney and Wei-Qi failing to control and evils attacking, leading to Qi stagnation and body fluid in nose. Modified Xiaochaihu Decoction can both tonify and purg and regulate Qi movement and is the regulating formula. It can make lung dispersing normally and spleen-stomach descending as well as kidney receiving Qi normally, resulting in curing the disease.
