复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病周围血管病变患者纤维蛋白原及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病周围血管病变患者纤维蛋白原及超敏C反应蛋白的影响。方法:将80例糖尿病周围血管病变患者随机分为常规治疗组和复荣通脉胶囊组,常规治疗组予胰岛素降糖及抗血小板、调脂、降压治疗,复荣通脉胶囊组在常规治疗组基础上,加复荣通脉胶囊5粒,3/d,口服。两组连续用药4周,观察纤维蛋白原及超敏C反应蛋白的变化。结果:复荣通脉胶囊组与常规治疗组相比,能明显降低纤维蛋白原,抑制超敏C反应蛋白,复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病患者的血糖无明显影响。结论:复荣通脉胶囊对糖尿病周围血管病变患者,有降低纤维蛋白原和超敏C反应蛋白的作用,推断其抑制血管内皮炎性反应,有抗动脉硬化作用。Objective ： To observe the effect of Furong Tongmai Capsule on fibrinogen and high- sensitivity C-reactive protein in diabetic patients. Methods： 80 patients with diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into conventional treatment group and Furong Tongmai Capsule group. The patients of conventional treatment group were given the insulin hypoglycemic therapy, antiplatelet agents, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive. Furong Tongmai Capsule group added Furong Tongmai Capsule three times a day before meals on the basis of the conventional treatment. The two groups were given the treatment for 4 weeks. The changes in fibrinogen and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were observed. Results ： Compared to the conventional treatment group, Furong Tongmai Capsule can significantly reduce fibrinogen, inhibit high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and had no significant effect on the blood sugar in diabetics. Conclusion ： Furong Tongmai Capsule can reduce fibrinogen, inhibit vascular endothelial inflammatory response and has anti-atherogenic effect.
