壮骨片治疗老年肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察壮骨片联合鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗老年肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松症的疗效。方法：选取210例老年肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松症患者,年龄：65-78岁;其中男60例,女150例,随机分为2组：治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组106例,男32例,女74例;平均年龄（66.27±8.14）岁。对照组104例,其中男28例,女76例;平均年龄（65.97±8.19）岁。治疗组予以壮骨片联合鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗,对照组予以鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗。两组均治疗6个月,观察治疗前后两组骨密度测定、止痛效果测定及临床疗效。结果：治疗6个月后治疗组对提高骨密度程度优于对照组（P〈0.05）;治疗组对改善临床症状方面优于对照组（P〈0.05）,总有效率达89.6%;治疗组对止痛效果明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）,总有效率达92.4%,而且治疗组在改善患者的腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、乏力等症状方面比对照组有较大改善。结论：壮骨片联合鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂治疗老年肝肾亏虚型骨质疏松症有良好疗效。Objective ： To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Zhuangg H Tablets in treatment of senile liver-kidney-deficient osteoporosis. Methods：210 patients, from 65 to 78 years old,60 males and 150 females, with senile liver-kidney-deficiency osteoporosis were selected. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were 106 cases in treatment group, 32 of which were males and 74 were females; mean age was 66.27 ± 8.14 years old; 104 cases in control group, 28 of which were males and 76 were females; mean age was 65.97 ± 8.19 years old. Patients in treatment group were treated with Zhuanggu Tablets together with salmon calcitonin nasal spray while patients in control group were treated with salmon calcitonin nasal spray only. Treatment lasted for 6 months in both groups. Bone density, pain elimination and therapeutic effieaey were evaluated afterwards. Results ： After the treatment of 6 months, the enhancement of bone density in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. The improvement of clinical symptoms of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） and the total effective rate was 89.6%. Pain elimination in treatment group was more significant than that in control group （ P〈0.01 ）, and the total effective rate was 92.4%. Moreover, the symptoms such as lumbago and back pain, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, weakness, and etc. have been better improved in treatment group than those in control group. Conclusions ： Zhuanggu Tablets in combination with salmon ealcitonin nasal spray has well therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of senile liver- kidney-deficiency osteoporosis.
