自拟中药汤剂治疗围绝经期综合征50例经验

摘　　要：目的:自拟更年汤,通过对肝脾肾三脏的调节,对妇女围绝经期综合征进行辨证分型治疗。方法:观察临床50例围绝经期综合征患者,治以滋阴补肾、疏肝解郁的方法,采用自拟更年汤进行治疗。结果:治愈27例(54%),显效12例(24%),有效8例(16%),无效3例(6%),总有效率94%。结论:中医治疗围绝经期综合征从肝肾论治有较好的临床疗效,能够有效的缓解及治疗围绝经期综合征的多种症状。Ohjective： To treat the erimenopausal syndrome with self-made Gengnian Decoction which can regulate functions of liver and spleen and kidney. Method ： 50 patients of perimcnopausal syndrome were observed in this study and were treated with Gengnian Decoction. Two methods of treatment were used in this study, including enriching yin and nourishing kidney and soothing liver-qi stagnation. Result： 27 patients were cured （ 54% ）.12 patients were excellent （ 24% ）. 8 patients were valid （ 16% ）. 3 patients were invalid （ 3% ） and the total effective rate was 94%. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment from liver and kidney has good clinical curative effect on perimenopausal syndrome and kinds of symptoms could be remitted and treated effectively.
