换流变油纸直流套管故障分析与建议

摘　　要：介绍了南桥换流站的换流变为单相三绕组式,换流变套管为油纸直流式瓷套管,有油、纸和瓷套三种绝缘介质。2013年1月31日5:34,换流变极ⅠA相套管发生故障。从检查套管、保护动作记录、故障录波分析以及油色谱测试4个方面,排查故障接地点。发生故障的原因是长期运行中产生的衍生物、分解物、溶解物等加速了套管内的介质劣化,造成场强畸变,引发套管故障。证实了这种油纸直流套管,在结构设计和生产工艺上存在诸多缺陷。所得试验数据为调换该类型套管提供了技术支撑,并对调换方案提出了建议。First, we introduce Nanqiao converter station＇s converter transformer which is Single-phase three winding, the casing of converter transformer is the type of oil paper DC, the porcelain sleeve is used in the oil part, There are three insulating medium on the casing, which are oil.paper and porcelain. In January 31, 2013 5：34, of converter transformer＇s casing of the pole I A phase had failure. From the casing inspection, the pro tection action record, fault analysis and color 4 aspects spectrum measurement, we wanted to find the groud point. The main reasons were produced from the decomposition of long-term operation in derivatives, com- pounds, dissolved and accelerate the deterioration of the casing of the medium, and the field distortion caused by casing failure. At the same time also confirmed this paper DC hushing, there exist many defects in the structure design and production process. The experimental data provide technical supports for the replacement of the casing, and puts forward suggestions for the exchange program.
