摘　　要：结合专利管理工作实践,分析了教学研究型大学专利管理的现状及问题,总结了专利管理工作改进的一般对策,从分析专利管理流程着手,构建了专利管理工作模块化的理论框架,提出了教学研究型大学专利管理工作模块化的工作内容及要求,旨在改进专利管理工作,提高管理效率和专利质量。Based on patent management ,we analyze the status and problems of patent management in teach-ing-research universities .By summing up the work of patent management and analyzing the process of patent management ,we establish a theoretical structure of modularized management of patent and propose its work content and requirements in order to provide reference for improving patent management ,management effi-ciency and patent quality .
