摘  要:全面质量管理是一种面向全面改进与持续提升质量的科学有效的现代管理理论。它历经全球企业实践验证,其精髓"一个中心、三全、一多(即以顾客为中心,全员、全过程、全企业和多方法)"对目前高校实验教学管理极具参考意义。文中对高校实验教学管理采用TQM的必要性进行了系统分析,可以实现实验教学管理"一念三观"的转化,可以"挖掉"实验教学管理的沉疴顽疾。提出实验教学实施TQM的指导思想和措施:以人为本,树立服务质量观;加强预防,全过程把握质量;全员参与并作为质量责任主体;采用PDCA循环。TQM (total quality management) is the scientific and modern management philosophy which can overall and continuously improve the quality. After the wide proven in the global enterprises, the essence of TQM : "a center, three-whole, one muhi ( ie, customer-centric, the whole people, the whole process, the whole enterprise and multi-control) " inspires the current college experi- mental teaching management greatly. This paper systematically analyzed the necessity of adopting TQM for the college experimental teaching management. " An idea Three Views" conversion of the experimental teaching management can be achieved, and the experi- mental teaching management ills can be cured simultaneously. Finally, we present the guiding ideology and specific measures for the implementation of the experimental teaching TQM management: people-oriented, and establish the concept of quality of service; full participation as the quality of the main responsibility; using
