摘 要:针对大型抽黄泵站双吸泵叶轮存在叶片及侧板磨损量大、运行效率低且寿命短等问题,以大型双吸泵叶轮为研究对象,选择热轧钢板热压成型叶片及盖板,采用扭曲三维叶片平面展开、切割、热压一次成型技术,结合两面开坡口打底焊与全熔透焊接成型工艺,研制适用于抽黄泵站的双吸泵热压焊接成型叶轮.该叶轮具有热压工艺精度高,叶轮整体组焊时接缝处吻合好,热压焊接工艺性良好等优点,提高了热压焊接效率,降低了叶轮成型的废品率和缺陷率.实际在线运行结果表明,其累计运行最高寿命可达25000h,在原有基础上增加了40%,机组的效率也提高了4%~5%,实现了该双吸泵叶轮热压焊接成型工艺方法的实效性.Aimed at the main existing problems in double-suction pump impeller at large pumping station, such as the serious wear of blade and side plate, low operation efficiency, and short service life, and taking a large double-suction pump impeller as investigation object, selecting hot-rolled sheet steel for thermal compression shaping of the blade and side plate, employing once-through shaping technique for planar expansion, cutting and thermal compressing shaping of the three-dimensional twisted blade, and using double-side bevel cutting for bottoming welding and full penetration welding, an impeller shaped with thermal compression welding was investigated for double-suction pump in pump station suitable for water pumping from Yellow River. This impeller had high hot-pressing accuracy, well fitted weld formed with overall grouped welding of the impeller, and the processing character of thermal compression welding was fine, making the efficiency of thermal compression welding improved and the rejection rate and defect rate of impeller shaping reduced. Actual online operation showed that its cumulative service life might amount to 25 000 hours, and compared with original service life, it was increased by 40%, the efficiency of pump unit was also increased by 4 %-5 %, and the practicability of this shaping process has been realized.
