摘 要:针对规模硬件布线复杂、维护困难等问题,提出并实现一种模块化硬件驱动采集方法.每个单片机负责一个硬件设备集的驱动采集,每个单片机经COM口连入通信集线器,每个通信集线器经COM口连入上位机,上位机对整个单片机群的运行进行时序、容错管理和误差修正,从而实现了一种布线简洁、易于维护、容错、实时性易于调整、易于同类重用、驱动程序编制简单、规范的控制策略和方法.A modularized method for controlling a massive hardware items was proposed and implemented to avoid the complex arrangement of wiring and difficulty with maintenance, where each monolithic computer would control the driving acquisition of a group of hardware items and was linked to a communication concentrator with a COM port. Each communication concentrator was linked to a top level computer through a COM port, so that time sequencing, fault tolerance and error correction would be performed for the monolithic computers and a control strategy and method were realized, which has the features such as simple wiring arrangement, easy maintenance, fault tolerance, easy adjustment of real-time ability, reuse of identical devices, and standard as well as easy writing of driving program reusing, simple and specific writing of concrete driving modules.
