摘  要:电机温升是评价电机性能的重要指标,电机测试系统的发展对测试数据的采集和处理等都提出了更高的要求。借助电机温升测试系统平台,介绍了该系统的总体结构和温升计算原理,将一种现有的同步采样法应用到电机温升测试的数据采集系统中,分析了该同步采样法在数据采集系统中的硬件结构及软件算法。通过与实例结合,体现了该方法可以减少误差,提高精度的优越性。Temperature rise for motors is an important indicator for the evaluation of motor performance and the development of motor testing system put forward higher requirements in data acquisition and processing. The overall structure and the principle of calculating the temperature of the system were introduced with the aid of temperature rise test system for motors. The existing synchronous sampling method was used in data acquisition system of temperature rise test for motors. The ha,dware structure and software algorithm of the synchronous sampling method in data acquisition system were analyzed. Combining with the instance, the accuracy of this method was proved. The method had the superiority of reducing errors and improving accuracy.
