摘　　要：植物遭受病毒侵染后,常表现出花叶、发育畸形、褪绿、坏死等症状。在农业生产中,这些症状的发生直接导致作物的产量/品质下降,有些造成严重的经济损失。因而,病毒病症状发生的分子机制长期以来一直为人们所关注。结合近年来国内外最新的研究报道,分别从病毒和寄主两个方面,总结归纳了介导症状发生的病毒元件以及参与症状发生的寄主因子,并在此基础上分析讨论了病毒病症状发生的分子机制。Plants usually display symptom such as mosaic, deformation, chlorosis or necrosis after virus infection. These symptoms would directly cause substantial losses in crop yield, and reduce crop quality in agriculture production. Therefore, the mechanism of plant virus disease symptom development has long been a concern by the people. This paper summarized the latest advances made in home and abroad during the recent years from virus and host fields, respectively and particularly the identified virus components and the host factors involved in symptom development. On this basis, the paper also analyzed and discussed the molecular mechanisms of virus symptom development.
