摘　　要：2013年,中国石油行业平稳发展,三大国有石油公司集中发展主营业务,经营业绩稳定增长。全国油气储量保持高位增长,新增石油探明技术可采储量2.02亿吨,新增天然气探明技术可采储量3818.56亿立方米。完成原油产量2.08亿吨,比上年增长1.7%;天然气(含煤层气)产量1170.5亿立方米,增长9.4%。全年新增炼油能力3310万吨,达到6.27亿吨/年;原油加工量增速放缓,炼厂开工率略有下滑,装置平均规模有所提升;全年生产汽煤柴油2.96亿吨,增长4.4%,生产乙烯1623万吨,增长7.9%。一批重点管道项目建成投产,全国油气管道总里程突破10万千米;LNG项目建设和资源获取有了新进展,储气库建设进程加快,全年新增设计工作气量87.9亿立方米。国际化发展跃上新台阶,中俄油气合作取得历史性突破。各公司围绕国际化经营目标,推进专业化发展;大力实施科技创新驱动发展战略,努力践行绿色低碳发展。China's petroleum industry enjoyed stable development in 2013,as the big-three state-owned oil companies concentrated on development of their main businesses and managed to achieve stable growth. Growth in national oil and gas reserves remained strong, with newly discovered technically recoverable proven oil reserves measuring 202 million tons and newly discovered technically recoverable natural gas reserves measuring 381.856billion cubic meters. Crude oil production amounted to 209 million tons, up 1.7 % over the previous year; natural gas(including coalbed methane) production amounted to 117.05 billion cubic meters,up 9.4 %. 33.1 million tons was added to annual refining capacity,bringing it to 627 million tons/year; crude oil processing capacity growth slowed, refinery utilization rates declined slightly, while the average installation size improved somewhat; annual gasoline,kerosene and diesel fuel production was 296 million tons, up 4.4%, and ethylene production was 16.23 million tons, up 7.9 %. A number of key pipeline projects were put into operation, bringing total mileage of national oil and gas pipelines to over 100 thousand kilometers; and progress was made in construction and resource acquisition for LNG projects, reserve gas storage construction accelerated, and annual new design work commenced for 8.79billion cubic meters of gas. Internationalization developed to a new level with an historic breakthrough in China-Russia oil and gas cooperation. Every company focused on the goal of internationalizing operations, and furthered the professionalization process; and each vigorously implemented a strategy of developing innovation-driven science and technology, and low-carbon green energy.
