摘　　要：武器装备论证是提升军队战斗力的重要环节。本文分析海警舰艇装备论证的重要性,从海警舰艇执勤海域自然海洋环境和执法任务环境2个方面,阐述海警舰艇遂行"维权、执法、服务"任务时执法执勤环境分析的内容,研究海警舰艇执勤能力需求和与之对应的舰艇装备需求论证方法。从海警部队中长期建设发展规划的研究出发,讨论海警舰艇装备执法执勤需求论证方法,提出海警舰艇装备论证的主要程序。The demonstration of armament is important to improve the combat effectiveness of the armed forces. This paper analyzes the importance of demonstration of coast guard vessel armament, and elaborates on the natural marine environment and the mission-execution circumstances of the coast guard vessel performing the duty of ＂rights,law-enforcement and service＂. By researching on the duty - performing capacity requirement of the coast guard vessel and its corresponding demonstration method of coast guard vessel armament requirement, this paper, based on the research of the long-term construction and development plans of the marine forces, puts forward the main procedure of the coast guard vessel armament demonstration by discussing the demonstration method of requirement of the coast guard vessel law- enforcement and duty- performance.
