摘 要:介绍船舶热力蒸汽压缩海水淡化装置的工作过程,建立应用降膜蒸发技术的并流热力蒸汽压缩多效蒸发海水淡化系统数学模型,并给出相应解法。以一个淡水产量为110 kg/h的四效并流热力蒸汽压缩海水淡化装置为例,计算分析加热蒸汽温度和效数对装置性能的影响。结果表明:加热蒸汽温度提高时系统性能系数下降,传热面积和冷却水流量减少;效数增加时,系统性能系数提高,冷却水流量减少,装置传热面积增加。Marine thermal vapor compression seawater desalination system is introduced by its configuration, process and advantages. The complete mathematical model for process simulation is developed. A four-effect-parallel-flow thermal vapor compression desalination system with a distillate product flow rate of 110 kg/h is calculated to analysis the influences of the heating steam temperature and number of effects on the system performance. Results show that there is a increase of performance ratio at lower heating steam temperature, but this may result in sharp increase in heat transfer area and specific flow rate of cooling water. The most efficient way to increase the performance ratio, reduce the energy consumption and lower the operation cost is to use more effects.
