摘 要:三乙烯四胺在较优的反应条件,在温度150℃,反应时间4h,固液比1:20,与聚丙烯腈纤维反应,获得了聚丙烯腈一三乙烯四胺固态胺纤维。应用酸碱滴定法测得纤维的胺基含量为6.5mmol/g,应用扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱仪表征纤维的表面形貌和官能团。在压强100kPa、温度25.O℃、相对湿度80%、CO2浓度1.0%、纤维含水量100%条件下,30min内测得纤维对CO:的吸附量为88.0g/kg;103℃~105℃高温水蒸气再生10min,循环吸附再生10次,纤维的再生效率为96.5%。PAN -TETA fiber prepared under the relative favorable conditions, temperature 150℃ , reaction time 4 hours, solid- liquid ratio 1:20, triethylenetetramine (TETA) were grafted on polyacr- ylonitrile (PAN)fiber. The capacity of amine was 6.5mmol /g determined by acid- base titration. The SEM and FTIR were used to characterize the morphology and functional groups of the fibers. The sorption amount of CO2 was 88.0g /kg in 30 minutes in the condition of pressure 100kPa, temperature 25.0℃ , relative humidity 80% , and CO2 concentration 1.0% , water content 100%. The regeneration efficiency of the fiber was 96.5% through ten times of adsorption - regeneration by water vapor of 103 - 105℃ in 10 minutes.
