摘　　要：葡萄糖氧化酶是一种安全无公害的新型酶制剂,能改善畜禽肠道组织形态结构和微生态平衡以及肠道消化环境,提高饲料消化率、生长性能和抗病力。本文综述了葡萄糖氧化酶的理化性质、生物学功能及其在饲料中的应用现状。Glucose oxidase（GOD）, a new enzyme with pollution- free, can improve the structure and morphology of animal intestinal and micro-ecological balance, perfect the intestinal environment, improve feed digestion, and improve the growth performance and disease resistance. This paper summarized the current situation of physical and chemical properties of glucose oxidase, biological function and its application in feed.
