摘　　要：在分析我国港口建设发展历程和港口维护管理现状的基础上,阐述了当前港口设施维护管理中存在的突出问题,从政策、技术和行政三个方面提出了应对突出问题的策略和措施,及今后发展中需考虑的问题,并就港口设施维护对行业标准的支撑与影响展开了论述。By analyzing the development of port construction and the maintenance management state,some outstanding issues are indicated,which exist in the maintenance and management of port facilities. In addition,the countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of the policy,technology and administration,the issues which need to be considered in future development are indicated,which leads to the discussion on how the maintenance of port facilities impacts or supports relevant standards.
