摘  要:钱塘江近口段采砂规模非常大,对河床和洪水位造成深远影响,了解采砂对沿程洪水位影响趋势和程度有利于科学地开展堤防体系建设、江道管理和防汛工作。本文在采砂对河床影响研究的基础上,通过实测洪水资料分析采砂后的洪水位变化,再利用经过充分验证的一维动床数学模型,对沿程洪水位影响进行研究,得出钱塘江近口段采砂对沿程洪水位的影响总体上呈以富阳为支点的剪刀形,富阳以上河段洪水位下降,以下河段洪水位略有抬升,且对高频率洪水位的影响幅度大于低频率洪水位。此沿程洪水位变化将会改变原有堤防体系对洪水位的适应性,在堤防建设和防汛工作中应着重关注此方面变化,在江道管理中加强采砂管理,维持健康、稳定的河道条件。Sand mining in the near-estuarine reach in the Qiantang River is of large quantity. It causes pro- found impact on riverbed and flood level. Understanding the trend and degree of the impacts on flood level could scientically help to the river management and flood control work. Based on the observed data of sand mining impact on riverbed, the paper analyses the variation of flood level after sand mining, and adopts a credible one-dimensional mathematical model to calculate the impacts of sand mining on flood level. The result shows that the effect of sand mining on flood level appears as a shape of scissors with Fuyang as the fulcrum in the near-estuarine reach in the Qiantang River. The flood level upstream Fuyang is lowered, and downstream Fuyang is slightly rising. The impact degree of low frequency is smaller than that of high frequency of floods. The impacts will change adaptation between flood level and dike system, the relevant department should focus on this variation in building dike system and flood control works, and intensify controlling of sand mining in river management to maintain river's health and stability.
