摘  要:本文实验研究了 BSO晶体四波混频系统大调制度运动光栅的特性 ,发现它在最佳条纹速度和反射率增强上有类似于两波混频系统大调制度运动光栅的非线性特性 ,并且在最佳泵浦光强比上也完全不同于小调制度运动光栅的情形。The nonlinearity of phase conjugate beam reflection with four wave mixing in BSO crystal bythe moving grating at large fringe modulation formed by the incident beams is investigated.The experimental results have shown that the optimum fringe velocity is the incident beam ratio and the total light intensity dependent;the reflectivity at the optimum fringe velocity is the incident beam ratio and the pump beam ratio dependent;the enhancement of the reflectivity by the moving grating is the incident beam ratio and the fringe spacing dependent.These are compared with the results of two wave mixing at large fringe modulation and the results of four wave mixing at small fringe modulation.
