摘  要:[目的]为今后CO2条件下植物生长发育的研究奠定基础。[方法]在高浓度和正常浓度CO2条件下,对拟南芥叶绿体超微结构和叶绿素含量等指标进行了对照研究。[结果]在高浓度CO2条件下,短期内叶绿体数量增加,体积变大,淀粉粒和脂质球增多,基粒片层和类囊体膨大,叶绿素含量、相对含水量均高于对照。但是,随着时间的延长,这些促进作用均减弱甚至出现胁迫状况。[结论]高浓度CO2在短期内会对叶绿体光合作用和植株生长总体起到促进作用,但延长时间,这种促进作用逐渐消失甚至有迹象会表现为抑制作用。[Objective] The research aimed to provide the basis for the study of the development of plant growth under high concentration of CO2.[Method] The chloroplast ultrastructure was observed and chlorophyll content was detected in Arabidopsis under the high and normal concentration of CO2.[Result] The numbers and the volume of chloroplast were increased,the numbers of starch grains and plastoglobulus were increased,grana lamella and thylakoid were swelled,and chlorophyll content and relative water content were all higher than the normal group under high concentration of CO2.But with time increasing,all promoting effects were weaken,even a stress situation occured.[Conclusion] High concentration of CO2 had the promotion effect on the photosynthesis and plant growth in the short term,but the effect decreased,even showed the inhibitory effect.
