摘　　要：[目的]探讨无核葡萄品种离体培养的培养条件,并确定最佳取样时期.[方法]选取南方无核葡萄品种中5个自然授粉胚珠和4个杂交组合的胚珠为试材,通过形态学观察确定取样时间,探索适宜南方无核葡萄品种的胚挽救程序.[结果]适宜火焰无核×寒香蜜、碧香无核、火焰无核、奥迪亚无核等的胚挽救程序为授粉后30 ～40 d剥取胚珠接种在ER培养基,暗培养90d,取胚转入WPM培养基上成苗.[结论]该研究可为提高幼胚离体发育和萌发成苗率提供科学依据.[Objective] The aim was to discuss the in vitro cultivation conditions of seedless grape and confirm on the best sampling time.[Method] Choosing five kinds of natural pollination and four hybrid combinations of southern seedless grape as materials,the sampling time was identified by morphological observation and the suitable embryo rescue progress for southern seedless grape was explored.[Result] The suitable embryo rescue progress for Flame Seedless × Hanxiangmi,Bixiang Wuhe,Flame Seedless,Otilia Seedless was that the embryos were first inoculated at 30-40 days after fertilization,and then developed on the ER medium for 90 d,the embryos were cultured on WPM medium for germination.[Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for improving embryos development in vitro and germination rate.
