不同种质桂郁金药材性状及聚类分析

摘　　要：[目的]对不同种质桂郁金药材性状进行聚类分析。[方法]对117份不同种质资源桂郁金的性状进行观测,并对得到的数据采用SPSS19.0软件进行聚类分析。[结果]供试的117份桂郁金种质划分为6大类群,第1类是品质较优良且存在较多的1个大类,断面多为乳白色、内皮层环黄白色或断面黄白色、内皮层环黄色;多为内皮层环和木质部都有半透明情况或断面无半透明情况;形状多为椭圆形、长椭圆形,少数为卵圆形及长形;产量多在70 g以下,33%为70 g以上;可根据市场需求选择优良种质的桂郁金进行大量种植,提高桂郁金产量。郁金综合性状的聚类分析表明地理位置靠近的种质能聚在一起。[结论]研究为选育桂郁金优良品种提供一定依据。[Objective] To make cluster analysis on traits of different Radix Curcumae germplasm.[Methods] About 117 characters of different germplasm resources were observed to get the data using SPSS19.0 software for clustering analysis.[Results] The results indicated that the selected 117 Curcumae germplasm resources were divided into 6 groups：the first category is a broad category and has good quality; cross section is ivory,endodermis ring yellowish-white or more section yellowish-white,endodermis ring of yellow ; most parts of endodermis have translucent bright ring and xylem or section no translucent; the shape is oval,long elliptic,few is ovoid and elongated ; the output is generally 70g （more than 33％）.It is able to choose excellent germplasm of Radix Curcumae to make extensive cultivation and increase its output according to the market demand.[Conclusion] This study is expected to provide certain reference for selection and cultivation of excellent varieties of Radix Curcumae.
