摘　　要：目的:探讨Visfatin(内脏素)基因在冠心病腹部皮下及大网膜的脂肪组织中表达情况及相关因素的分析,从而为冠心病防治提供一种新的、切实可行的新方法。方法:根据既往冠心病的病史的不同,将100例胆石症择期手术患者分为冠心病组50例,对照组50例。用RT-PCR方法检测两组的大网膜与皮下脂肪组织Visfatin mRNA的表达水平,并测定空腹胰岛素(FINS)、血脂和胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等指标。结果:①冠心病组血清Visfatin浓度高于对照组;②冠心病组者腹部皮下和网膜脂肪组织中的Visfatin表达高于对照组;结论:Visfatin在冠心病中表达明显增高,可能是冠心病发病独立危险因素。Objective：To study the visfatin mRNA expression in subcutaneous and adipose tissues of patients with cononary artery disease .Method：Fifty patients with cononary artery disease ,fifty healthy sub-jects were investigated .The plasma visfatin level was assayed .The levels of blood pressure , plasma glucose , lipids and C-peptide were measured .Plasma visfatin levels and quantitaitive study of visfatin mRNA expres-sion in subcutaneous and adipose tissues of patients between the two groups were compared ,and the factors affecting quantitaitive study of visfatin mRNA expression in subcutaneous and adipose tissues of patients were analyzed .Result：The plasma visfatin level of coronary artery disease were significantly higher than control group.The quantitaitive of visfatin mRNA expression in subcutaneous and adipose tissues of patients were sig -nificantly higher than control group .Conclusion：The quantitaitive of visfatin mRNA expression in subcutane-ous and adipose tissues of patients with cononary artery disease were significantly higher .Tt is an independent factor in patients with cononary artery disease .
