高频彩超引导下甲状腺穿刺活检术在甲状腺疾病中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究高频彩超引导下甲状腺穿刺活检术在诊断并指导治疗甲状腺疾病中的临床应用价值。方法:使用Bard自动活检枪配套活检针,实时高频彩超引导下对116例甲状腺疾病患者进行经皮穿刺甲状腺活检术,每个病灶取材2-4次,标本送组织病理学检查。结果:穿刺116例患者,穿刺成功率为100.00%。穿刺活检结果与术后病理符合率为96.55%,无1例出现严重并发症。结论:高频彩超引导下甲状腺穿刺活检术,取材成功率高,与手术切除后病理诊断作比较,符合率高,无明显并发症,操作简便,价格经济便宜,患者容易接受,在诊断并指导治疗甲状腺疾病中具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective：To discuss whether thyroid needle biopsy is clinical value able to the thyroid dis-ease under the guidance of high frequency color doppler ultrasound .Method：Using the Bard adjustable au-tomatic biopsy gun together with biopsy needle , percutaneous thyroid needle biopsy was done to 116 patients with thyroid disease under the guidance of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in real time .The collec-tion on each thyroid lesion was done two to four times and then the samples were taken for histopathological examination.Result：Of all the 116 patients, the success rate of puncture was 100.00%.The coincidence rate of biopsy results and postoperative pathologic results was 96.55%without any serious complications oc-curring .Conclusion：With high collection success rate , high coincidence rate with pathological diagnosis af-ter the resection and less complications , frequency color doppler ultrasound-guided thyroid needle biopsy is easily accepted by patients because it is simple and safe with low cost .In conclusion , high frequency color＆amp;nbsp;doppler ultrasound-guided thyroid needle biopsy has important clinical value in the diagnosis and guide the therapy of thyroid disease .
