摘 要:目的:探讨MRI在膝关节骨挫伤及隐匿性骨折诊断中的应用价值。方法:常规X线片检查骨质未见明显异常患者75例,膝关节外伤一周内行MRI检查,检查序列包括T1WI、T2WI和STIR。结果:75例病例(83处膝部隐匿性骨折)在X射线平片正侧位上均未见异常,而MRI检查均呈现T1WI不规则、边缘模糊的片状低信号,T2WI呈高信号,在STIR上病灶与正常骨组织的对比度更高,显示出不同部位隐匿性骨折的病变部位、范围及形态,其中57例伴韧带及半月板撕裂,9例伴关节腔积液。结论:MRI是检查膝关节隐匿性骨折的较佳影像学方法,可减少或避免误诊和漏诊。Objective:To explore the value of low-field MRI for the diagnosis of occult traumatic frac-ture of the knee.Method: 75 patients,who experienced knee traumas with obvious clinical symptoms and negative radiographic findings ,had MRI examinations in a week .They underwent T 1 WI, T2 WI and STIR se-quence.Result:A total of 83 occult fractures of the knee joint were detected in the 75 patients.The fracture imaging showed hypo-intensity on T1WI,slightly high intensity on T2WI, and marked hyperintensity on STIR, with ligament and soft tissue injuries and with linear abnormal signal intensity .Conclusion: MRI is the best method in the diagnosis of occult fracture of the knee joint ,which can avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of occult fractures in the knee joint to a great extent .
