葡萄糖酸锌联合脂溶性维生素Ⅰ支持治疗小儿迁延性腹泻病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察葡萄糖酸锌联合脂溶性维生素Ⅰ辅助治疗小儿迁延性腹泻病的疗效。方法:189例腹泻病住院患儿在对症支持治疗基础上,观察组给予葡萄糖酸锌口服并脂溶性维生素Ⅰ静点。对照Ⅰ组单独给予葡萄糖酸锌口服,对照Ⅱ组单独静点脂溶性维生素Ⅰ,对照Ⅲ组仍为基础治疗。比较各组有效率。结果:观察组与各对照组间有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌及脂溶性维生素Ⅰ对治疗小儿迁延性腹泻病均有一定疗效。二者联合应用比单用葡萄糖酸锌或脂溶性维生素Ⅰ效果好。Objective：To observe the curative effect of combined application of zinc gluconate and fat soluble vitamin Ⅰin treating infantile persistent diarrhea .Method： The treating group was given both zinc gluconate and fat soluble vitamin Ⅰ,The control group Ⅰonly was given zinc gluconate , the control groupⅡonly was given fat soluble vitamin Ⅰ, the control group III was not given zinc gluconate or fat soluble vi-tamin Ⅰ.They all received the same basic remedy .The efficiency were compared .Result：The efficiency a-mong these groups had statistical significance （ P ＆lt;0.05 ） .Conclusion：Both zinc gluconate and fat-soluble vitamins Ⅰhave certain effect on treating infantile persistent diarrhea disease .The combination of the two methods is better than the effect of the single use of zinc gluconate or fat-soluble vitamins Ⅰ.
