国际垂直专业化对承接国技术溢出的影响——基于不同伙伴国和组织模式的视角

摘　　要：考察了国际垂直专业化总体、不同伙伴国、不同组织模式对承接国技术溢出的影响。研究结果表明,国际垂直专业化对中国工业行业的全要素生产率具有正向促进作用,技术溢出效应明显;承接OECD国家的生产环节转移大于承接非OECD国家生产环节转移的技术溢出效应;承接企业内部的离岸外移大于承接企业间的离岸外包的技术溢出效应。This article analyzes the technology spillover effect of international vertical specialization consideringas a whole, different partner country and organizational form. The results show that there is a significant tendency toproduce technology spillover effect considering the manufacturing industry as a whole. International vertical special-ization from OECD countries has a higher technology spillover effect than from non - OECD countries. Intrafirm off-shoring has higher technology spillover effect than arm＇ s length offshoring for the inshoring country.
