摘 要:本试验旨在探讨不同水平叶酸对0~4周龄肝用型仔鹅屠宰性能、免疫和抗氧化能力的影响.以便确定鹅饲粮中叶酸的需要量。试验选用1日龄肝用型青农灰鹅360只,设计6个处理(I-Ⅵ组),每个处理6个重复,每个重复10只,公、母各半。试验鹅在基础饲粮(叶酸舍量为O.60mg/kg)中分别添加叶酸0(I组为对照组)、1、2、4、8、16mg/kg,试验期4周。结果表明:饲粮添加叶酸能显著(P〈0.05)或极显著(P〈0.01)提高0—4周龄鹅平均日增重,显著降低0~4周龄鹅饲料增重比(P〈0.05),降低死淘率。Ⅲ组半净膛率极显著高于对照组(P〈0.01),腹脂率显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);Ⅱ组胸腺指数、IgG含量和7d抗体效价显著增加(P〈0.05);叶酸能显著提高动物体内总抗氧化能力(T—AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P〈0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量Ⅱ组极显著低于I组(P〈0.05)。试验表明,日粮中叶酸水平在1.60~4.60mg/kg,对0—4周龄肝用型鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、免疫和机体抗氧化能力有显著影响;叶酸水平在2.48~3.05mg/kg范围内生产性能最佳。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of folic acid on slaughter performance, immune and antioxidant capacity of 0-4 weeks old goose. A total of 360 1-day-old liver-type Qingnonghui geese were randomly divided into 6 treatments with 6 replicates, ten geese per replicate ( 5 male and 5 female ). 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16mg of folic acid were added to basal diet with 0.6 mg folic acid. The experiment lasted for four weeks. The results showed as follows; dietary folic acid significantly increased average daily weight gain of 0-4 weeks old goose (P〈0.05), significantly decreased feed to gain of 0-4 weeks old goose (P〈0.05) , and reduced mortality rate. At the age of 4 weeks, the ratio of eviscerated of group III was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.01) while the ratio of abdominal fat was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05);The index of thymus, the levels of IgG and the antibody titer of 7 days after were significantly increased;Dietary folic acid can significantly improve the total antioxidant capacity of animals(T-AOC), the activity glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)and superoxide dismutase (SOD) (P〈0.05); MDA content in group II was significantly lower than that in group I (P〈0.05). In conclusion, when the levels of folic acid was in the range of 1.60 N4.60 mg/kg it had significant effects on the slaughter performance, immune and antioxidant capacity of geese at the 0-4 weeks old goose. Folic acid levels in the 2.48 - 3.05 mg/kg range production performance was the best.
