摘  要:随着风电大规模接入电网,调度部门对其有功控制及参与系统调频、调峰提出了更高的要求。针对目前仿真中风电不具备进行分钟级动态过程研究的模型,只能定性分析参与自动发电控制(automatic generation control,AGC)调节等有功控制的问题,该文提出了适用于中长期动态仿真的风电机组有功控制模型,并在电力系统全过程仿真程序中予以编程实现。该模型以风速持续波动、调度安排出力、AGC调控指令作为输入,通过调节桨距角控制风机的出力变化。模型可用于模拟风机出力波动及对电网的影响,并对风机参与AGC调控的过程进行动态仿真分析。仿真算例表明,该模型可为研究风电机组配合AGC参与电力系统有功、频率的调整提供有效的仿真手段。Along with large-scale grin-connection of wind farms, power dispatching department put forward a higher requirement on the active power control of the wind turbine and its participation in frequency regulation and peak load regulation. In allusion to the situation that wind turbines can only participate in automatic generation control (AGC) in the form of qualitative analysis due to nonexistence of the wind turbine model for the simulation of dynamic process in minutes level, an active power control model of wind turbine, which is suitable for medium-and long-term dynamic simulation, is proposed and its programming has been accomplished in the power grid whole process simulation program. In the proposed wind turbine model the continuous fluctuation of wind speed, the scheduled output and the real-time control commands of AGC are taken as the input, and by means of adjusting the pitch angle the power output of wind turbine is adjusted. The proposed wind turbine model can be used to simulate the impact of wind turbine output fluctuation on power grid, and the process of wind turbine participating the regulation and control of AGC can be dynamically simulated. Case study results show that the proposed wind turbine model can be used to simulate the response of wind power generating units under the control and regulation commands of AGC.
