摘 要:分析了风电机组出力的波动特性,提出利用储能装置使风电场参与电网调度的方法。按照风场出力频谱特性设置低通滤波器,将风电有功出力分解为高频出力和低频出力;并分别采用快速响应型和大容量型储能装置平抑风电中的高频波动和低频波动,使联合系统出力跟踪上发电计划,从而完成调度任务。针对高频、低频波动的不同处理方式,建立了高频、低频波动联合调度模型和高频、低频波动各自独立调度模型。算例仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。所提方法适用于风况稳定的风电场,也可用于评估已投入运行的风电场。The fluctuation characteristics of wind power generating units are analyzed and a method to make wind farms participating power grid generation scheduling by use of hybrid energy storage equipments is proposed. Based on spectral characteristics of active power output of wind farm, low-pass filters are configured to decompose active power output of wind farm into high-frequency output and low-frequency output; the high-frequency fluctuation and low-frequency fluctuation in wind power output are smoothed up by fast response type of energy storage device and high-capacity type of energy storage device respectively to make the output of the combined system enable to track the generation scheduling, thus the task of generation scheduling can be fulfilled. According to different processing modes for high-and low-frequency output fluctuation, a joint scheduling model for high-and low-frequency output fluctuation and separate scheduling models for high-frequency output fluctuation and low-frequency output fluctuation are established. The validity of the proposed method is verified by simulation results. The proposed method can be suited to wind farms with stable wind regime, but also to the assessment on wind farms that have been put into operation.
