摘　　要：通过向流动相中添加β-环糊精(β-CD),运用制备型高效液相色谱仪分离得到β-CD与积雪草苷B和β-CD与羟基积雪草苷的包合物流份。浓缩流份所得粉末再经正丁醇∶水(2∶1)萃取,去除β-CD,由此建立了积雪草苷B与羟基积雪草苷工作对照品的制备方法。With the addition of β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） in the mobile phase, the inclusions of asiaticoside B and madecassoside with β-CD were collected by preparative HPLC. The mixture powder was extracted with n-butanol ： water （2 ： 1） to remove β-CD. Thus, the preparative method of asiaticoside B and madecassoside as the references in the extract of Centella triterpenes was established.
