硫辛酸治疗周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硫辛酸对糖尿病患者周围神经病变的疗效及安全性。方法将34例接受治疗的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为两组,对照组14例,给予降糖降压等常规综合治疗,治疗组20例在对照组基础上,每日给予0.6g硫辛酸注射液加入100ml生理盐水静脉滴注。两组疗程均为两周。比较两组患者治疗前后周围神经病变的症状评分(TSS),并观测治疗组患者治疗前后运动神经传导速度(MCV)。治疗过程中观察不良事件。结果经过两周治疗,治疗组患者的TSS总积分、疼痛积分、烧灼感积分、麻木感积分均显著改善(P<0.01),对照组改善不明显(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者的感觉神经和运动神经的传导速度均明显提高(P<0.05或0.01)。治疗过程中所有患者均未出现严重不良事件。结论硫辛酸治疗周围神经病变安全有效。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of lipoic acid on peripheral neuropathy of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 34 patients with type 2 diabetes and diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group（20 cases） and the control group （14 eases）.The control group were given convention-al therapy for reducing blood glucose and blood pressure, based on which the treatment group were given 0.6 g of li-poic acid mixed with 100 ml of normal saline by intravenous injection.Both groups were treated for two weeks.Then, the symptom scores TSS of peripheral neuropathy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. The motor nerve conduction velocity（MCV） before and after treatment of the treatment group as well as adverse events of both groups during the treatment were observed.Results After the treatment,the total score of TSS as well as scores of pain, burning sensation and numbness of the treatment group significantly improved（ P 〈0.01） ,while those of the control group did not improved obviously（ P 〉0.05）.In addition, the conduction velocity of sensory nerve and motor nerve of the treatment group significantly improved（ P〈0. 05 or 0.01）.No serious adverse events happened to both groups during the treatment.Conclusion Lipoic acid is effective and safe to treat peripheral neuropathy.
