摘　　要：简要介绍了土壤中有效硫的提取方法及不同提取剂的适用范围,对土壤含硫量的测定方法 (如比浊法、比色法、电导法等)及其优点、缺点、适用范围和选择依据进行了阐述,推荐了河北省农作物抗旱研究重点实验室硫的提取与测定方法,并对土壤有效硫的研究方向进行了展望,以期为相关研究和测试人员的工作提供依据与参考。Extraction method of soil available sulfur and scope of application of different extraction agent were briefly introduced.The advantages and disadvantages, scope, the basis of selection of determination methods of soil available sulfur were summarized.Extraction and determination of soil available sulfur in our laboratory were recommended and the new directiong was discussed so as to provide a basis and reference for the related research and test work.
