摘　　要：近年来ＧＳＭ国际漫游业务迅速发展，移动运营商普遍关心国外ＧＳＭ用户的漫游选网登记问题，本文从ＧＳＭ规范中根据用户需要漫游选网登记原则和手机自动选择方式下的漫游选网登记原则两方面进行研究分析，并在实际运行网络中进行了对比测试，结合作者对移动网络运营的实践经验，得出在实际网络运营中获取国外漫游用户进入本网络的具体措施，提供给移动运营商参考。In recent years, international roaming service developed rapidly. The mobile communication runners were concemed about the network selection register problem of foreign GSM users. In this paper,the roaming network selection register rules based on the need of user and in the mode of automatic selection of mobile phone were analyzed from the GSM specification, and were tested for compression in actual running network. The detailed solutions for foreign roaming user to enter the network were presented based on the author's experience on mobile communication operation.
