摘　　要：我国的嗜盐放线菌资源十分丰富,是可以广泛利用的天然产物源泉。为了解极端环境微生物次生代谢产物的多样性及生物活性,本文对一株盐湖嗜盐放线菌的固体发酵的粗提物进行分离提纯共得到2个化合物,并对这些化合物进行了初步结构解析,为下一步生物活性的检测打下了基础。Our Halophile resources are very rich and these resources can be widely utilized. In order to study the diversity of microbes in extreme environments and biological activity of secondary metabolites, secondary metabolites of Salt Lake halophilic bacteria strain were studied. By separating and purifying the crude extract of the solid fermented salt lake halophilic actinomycetes strain, two compounds were ob- tained, whose structure was analyzed to lay a foundation for further detection of biological activity.
