摘　　要：目的应用RPH串联套扎法治疗中重度混合痔与同期PPH治疗中重度混合痔的比较,评价RPH串联套扎法治疗中重度混合痔的临床价值。方法回顾性分析桐庐县中医院肛肠外科2012年4月—2013年3月RPH串联套扎治疗中重度混合痔32例(RPH组)及杭州师范大学附属医院肛肠外科PPH治疗中重度混合痔35例(PPH组)的临床资料,比较两种术式的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、住院时间、住院费用和治愈率等情况进行对照分析。结果 RPH组平均手术时间(15.0±3.5)分,PPH组(20.0±5.5)分,P<0.05;术中出血量RPH组(5.0±3.5)ml,PPH组(10.0±5.5)ml,P<0.05;并发症发生率RPH组8例(25.0%),PPH组20例(57.1%),P<0.05;住院费用RPH组(6000±800)元,PPH组(8000±1000)元,P<0.05;住院时间RPH组(7±2)d,PPH组(7±2)d,P>0.05;治愈例数RPH组31(96.8%),PPH组34(97.1%),P>0.05。结论 RPH治疗中重度混合痔是一种安全有效的手术方法,与PPH手术比较具有操作简单,术中出血少、损伤小,并发症发生率低,住院费用少,不留手术疤痕,对于复发患者手术可重复等优点,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the automatic ligation of hemorrhoids （RPH） in treatment of se- vere mixed hemorrhoids, as with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH）. Methods To compare with the clinical data of RPH tandem ligation in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids in 32 cases（ group RPH） and PPH in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids in 35 cases（ group PPH） , the clinical data include operation time, intraoperative bleeding, the incidence of postoperative complications, hospitalization time and cost, cure rate etc. Results The average operation time, intraoperative bleeding complication rate and hospital costs of group RPH were lower than those in group PPH （ all P 〈 0.05 ）, hospitalization time, cure rate were the same （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion RPH was a safe and effective operation method in treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. It should be popularized in clinic.
