三年制临床医学专科教育社区实习体系的构建

摘　　要：为更好地发挥社区实习在三年制临床医学专科教育人才培养中的效能,针对当前社区实习中存在的"学生认识不够、基地遴选缺乏统一标准、实习大纲过于空泛、带教老师指导不到位以及管理不规范"等主要问题,结合浙江医学高等专科学校社区实习工作的有关经验,积极探索、构建"设计基于岗位能力需求的实习大纲,建设稳定、高水平的实习基地,规范实习管理,加强带教师资遴选与培训,强化实习质量控制""五位一体"的社区实习体系,使社区实习更加系统规范,基本达到了社区实习"老师知道怎么教"和"学生知道学什么"的良好效果,有效提高了医学生对基层常见病、多发病、传染病和地方病等疾病的诊疗能力和基本卫生服务能力,在专科临床医学教育社区实习教学中有较好的参考和借鉴作用。In order to better developing the efficiency of community practice in three years＇ clinical education talent train- ing, at the condition of current community practice, which was lack of sufficient knowledge, selection standard, vague guideline,little guidance, and combined with historical experience, exploration and structure a community practice system can make community practice more compliant and systematic for improving students＇ diagnosis and service ability on com- mon diseases, multiple disease, communicable disease and endemic diseases, and create a valuable reference effect on clinical education practice.
