摘 要:为进一步发展软岩巷道合理支护技术,枣泉煤矿以安全、经济、高效为目的,决定采用整体耦合让均压支护理念改善巷道支护现状。以枣泉煤矿11025工作面辅巷为工程背景,根据巷道现有地质资料、经历的应力过程、初次支护围岩变形和矿压显现分析巷道特点,找出支护存在的问题。再通过分析结果结合整体耦合让均压支护理念对巷道进行支护设计并施工。现场监测结果表明,高强应力耦合让均压锚网支护能提高围岩强度、初期支护刚度、支护阻力和承载结构稳定性,有效控制巷道围岩变形破坏。For the purposes of safe, economic and high efficient, the overall coupling equalizing pressure anchoring technology was a- dopt to improve the roadway support in Zaoquan coal mine. Taking the tailgate of No11025 longwall mining face as the project back- ground, according to the geological data, stress distribution, surrounding rock deformation and the pressure behavior, the paper ana- lyzed the roadway characteristics, find out the existing problems of support and completed the roadway support design based on the o- verall coupling equalizing pressure support idea. The result of monitoring shows that high-strength coupling equalizing pressure anchornet support can improve surrounding rocks strength, initial supporting stiffness, support resistance, stability of the load bearing struc- ture and effectively control the failure of roadway surrounding rocks.
