摘　　要：目的：建立复方芦荟软膏中芦荟苷的含量测定方法。方法采用 HPLC 法，色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0.08%庚烷磺酸钠（22∶78），流速为1.0 ml/min，柱温30℃，检测波长为355 nm。结果芦荟苷在0.037～0.74 mg/ml（r＝0.9998）范围有良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为98.7%，RSD＜2.0%。结论本方法快速简便，重复性好，可用于复方芦荟软膏的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for the determination of aloin of compound aloe ointment. Methods HPLC method was used with Agilent Zorbax-C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.08%Sodium 1-heptanesulfonate （22∶78）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃, and the UV detector was set at 355 nm. Results The linear ranges of aloin was 0.037~0.74 mg/ml（r=0.999 8）. The average recovery of aloin was 98.7%. Conclusion The method is simple, repeatable and accurate, it can be applied in quantitative determination of aloin in compound aloe ointment.
