摘　　要：公路建设的投用,对周边环境的影响非常大,尤其是噪声污染,因此,噪声问题成为了公路建设项目EIA的重点工作,开展公路噪声EIA的有效性研究意义重大。笔者通过对公路噪声EIA的研究与分析,提出了几点提高环境评价有效性方面的建议。Highway construction and putting-in-service proactively seriously affect the surrounding environment,especially the noise pollution.So,the problem of noise became the important work of the highway construction project EIA.It is very meaningful to carry out highway noise EIA effectiveness re-search.The author through research and analysis of highway noise EIA,and I put forward some sugges-tions for improving the effectiveness of environmental assessment.
