摘　　要：2013年,在全球经济日渐复苏的背景下,东盟各国总体态势平稳;面对2015年建成东盟共同体目标时间的日益临近,东盟对内不断深化各领域合作,加快推进共同体建设;对外扩大与对话伙伴国的合作,在地区合作框架中坚持东盟的主导地位。展望2014年,东盟将进一步加强各成员国间的互信与合作,缩小成员国间的发展差距,增强东盟政策的执行力,为2015年建成东盟共同体而努力,在国际舞台上亦会扮演更重要的角色。With the recuperating world economy in 2013, all ASEAN countries remain stable in their overall economic landscape. ASEAN will continue its community-building, expand the cooperation with the major countries in the world and its dialogue partners, take the lead in its diplomatic works and community-building, make full efforts to integrate itself by 2015.Looking ahead to 2014, ASEAN will further strengthen the mutual-trust and cooperation internally, r~ ~luce the gaps among its members, and have more influence in the international arena.
