中药面膜验方治疗脓疱型痤疮疗效及其对Toll样受体2、肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药面膜验方治疗脓疱型痤疮的临床疗效及其对血清Toll样受体2(TLR2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法将106例脓疱型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(基础治疗加中药面膜验方)和对照组(基础治疗加外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶),观察2组治疗4周后的临床疗效;以20例健康人为健康对照组,比较健康人与痤疮患者及2组患者治疗前后TLR2、TNF-α水平。结果脓疱型痤疮患者治疗前TLR2、TNF-α与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗前与治疗后TLR2、TNF-α比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,仅TNF-α水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用中药面膜验方可有效降低脓疱型痤疮患者TNF-α水平,疗效优于克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of TCM mask empirical prescription for patients with pustular acne and its influence on TLR2 and TNF-α. Methods Totally 106 cases with pustular acne were randomly divided into the treatment group （basic treatment and TCM mask empirical prescription） and the control group （basic treatment and clindamycin gel）, and the therapeutic effect was observed after 4 weeks. Besides, 20 healthy adults were enrolled as normal control group. TLR2 and TNF-αbefore and after treatment of the three groups were detected and compared. Results Before treatment, the differences in TLR2 and TNF-α between pustular acne patients and healthy human were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The differences in TLR2 and TNF-αbetween before treatment and after treatment of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the difference in TNF-α level between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM mask empirical prescription combined with basic treatment can decrease TNF-α level of patients with pustular acne, and it shows a better clinical effect than clindamycin gel.
