摘 要:目的研究半夏-夏枯草不同比例配伍对葫芦巴碱、尿嘧啶及腺苷煎出量的影响,探索其变化规律及合理配伍。方法采用高效液相色谱法同时测定半夏和夏枯草不同比例配伍时葫芦巴碱、尿嘧啶及腺苷的煎出量,并通过比较分析不同配伍比例对3种成分煎出量的影响。结果半夏配伍夏枯草,尿嘧啶及腺苷煎出量增加,葫芦巴碱在两者配伍情况下煎出量减少。结论半夏-夏枯草不同配伍对葫芦巴碱、尿嘧啶、腺苷煎出量有一定影响,最佳配伍比例值得深入研究。Objective To study the effect of Pinelliae Rhizoma combined with Prunellae Spica in different ratios on the decoction yield of trigonelline, uracil and adenosine, and to investigate the disciplines of various compatibilities. Methods HPLC was used to determine the decoction yield of trigonelline, uracil and adenosine with different ratios of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Prunellae Spica. The influence of various compatibilities on the decoction yield of three components was analyzed. Results Combined with Prunellae Spica, the uracil and adenosine were increased in the decoction yield with Pinelliae Rhizoma, while the decotion yield of trigonelline was decreased. Conclusion The dectotion yield of trigonelline, uracil and adenosine were affected by the different ratios of Pinelliae Rhizoma and Prunellae Spica. The suitable compatibility need more research.
