可拆卸塑料鞋楦在注塑制鞋工艺中的应用研究

摘　　要：使用浇注制鞋设备或圆盘注塑机台为载体,以可拆卸塑料鞋楦及其定位固紧装置代替原有的铝楦装置,在连帮注塑制鞋工艺中实现了一次套楦技术。探讨了铝楦和可拆卸塑料鞋楦在注塑制鞋工艺实施中的效果。通过产业化应用表明,在注塑制鞋工艺中,使用圆盘注塑机台,采用可拆卸塑料鞋楦及其定位固紧装置,不仅改善了鞋产品外观质量,而且降低了工艺实施难度。An injection machine, known as rotary table injection molding machine was used in the injecting process. During the process, the aluminum last device was replaced with a detachable plastic shoe last and its positioning and fastening device. The upper joint injection technology was applied in the shoe lasting process. The different effect of the aluminum last and the detachable plastic shoe last in the injection molding shoemaking craft was discussed. It is shown that, applying the technology, not only the appearance of shoe products was improved, but also reduced the difficulty of implementing process, when a rotary table injection molding machine, the detachable plastic shoe last and its positioning and fastening device were used in shoemaking industry.
