摘 要:为有效方便地检测直线电机泵的故障,在设计出直线电机泵故障检测仪硬件系统的基础上,进行了软件系统的设计和系统联调测试,成功完成了检测仪的全部系统设计。首先分析了井下电机泵的工作特征和故障检测原理,以油田开发环境为例,选择以实测故障机械振动数据的单冲程频谱为故障信号特征,对油田外场实测数据进行特征提取。检测仪软件系统以Linux2.6.32内核为平台,选择了开源的QT编程环境作为开发环境,系统测试和联调展示了较好的故障检测性能和人机交互性。For detecting the faults of underwater motor pump effectively and conveniently, the software system was de-signed and tested based on the designed hardware system of faults diagnose detector, so that the whole system of detector was completed eventually. The working property and faults diagnosis principle was analyzed firstly, and the feature of actual measurement data in oil field was extracted, and the single stroke spectrum feature of the collected faults data was extracted as the feature parameters for the diagnosis. The software system took Linux2.6.32 kernel as platform, the open source QT programming environment was selected as integrated development environment. The detection and test result shows nice faults detection performance and advisable person-computer alternation interface property. Now the whole de-tector system is established and delivered in practice for the application case. Next, the hardware sets and the application software will be improved for the better effect of hardware integration and interface humanization.
