基于层次分析法的信息系统实用化评价研究

摘　　要：当前,电力企业的信息化建设已经步入到了关键阶段。运用层次分析法,首先依据调研的需求分析进行了构建指标体系的设计,较为全面的探讨了管理综合管理指标、系统覆盖率、数据质量、流程支持度、业务支持度之间的隶属关系,实现了信息系统的实用化水平的等级确定,最后给出某单位的应用实例,验证了此单位的业务系统实用化程度综合评价为"良",这一研究对于当前电企的信息系统进一步改进评价具有一定的借鉴价值。At present, the electric power enterprise＇s information construction has reached a critical stage, using the analytic hierarchy process （ahp） in this paper, first of all, based on the research of needs analysis for the design of the construction of index system, comprehensive management comprehensive management index is discussed, the system coverage, data quality, process support and business support, the subordinate relations between the implementation determine the practical level of the information system level, finally some unit application example is given, and verify the comprehensive evaluation of the degree of the unit＇s business system practical application for the“good”, the research for the current electricity providers of information systems to improve evaluation has a certain reference value.
