摘  要:针对一种新型螺管式电磁铁结构,建立其瞬态场数学模型。通过仿真分析线圈瞬态电流特性与衔铁闭合动作特性之间的规律,探讨了驱动电压、线圈绕组匝数和负载质量等主要参数对闭合动作特性的影响,并与试验结果进行对比验证,为通过电磁铁内在参数对电磁阀的位移检测、电磁阀及系统的故障诊断提供理论依据。研究结果表明,仿真结果与试验结果基本一致,证明建立的瞬态场数学模型是正确的;电流特性呈现先增大后减小再增大的变化过程,可以判断电磁铁闭合动作时间约20 ms(9 V)。According to the structure of a novel solenoid actuator, its transient field mathematic model was established. Based on the model,the relationship between transient current of the coil and closing motion of the armature was analyzed,and the effect of main factors such as driven voltage,coil number, and load mass on closing motion characteristic was discussed. Compared to experimental results, simulated results were proved, which are able to provide theory basis for position detection of electromagnet valve and fault diagnosis of valve and system by inner parameter of solenoid actuator. The resuhs show that the simulated results are accordant with the experimental ones,and the transient field mathematic model is proved to be correct. Besides ,according to the current characteristic with the change process of increase-decrease-increase,the closing motion time of solenoid actuator could be estimated to be 20 ms (9 V).
