摘  要:智能控制器由于其内部包含的电子元件多且结构紧凑,易产生电磁干扰问题。介绍了智能控制器的工作原理,研究了其在射频辐射试验中出现的问题,并提出了相应的设计与改进方案。对某智能控制器进行了EMC射频辐射骚扰试验,并将EMC设计后的试验数据与整改前进行了对比。试验结果表明,经过EMC改进设计后,该智能控制器样品的射频辐射性能得到明显改善,并达到GB 14048.2—2008要求,通过了检测。Intelligent controller,which performs as the key electronic part of the air circuit breaker( ACB), is responsible for the various functions including protection, alarm, display and control. The paper introduced the background and development of electro-magnetic compatibility(EMC) technology,then tries to design and improve the EMC performance of the ACB' s intelligent controller based on its working principle. Finally, the radiated RF test results were compared in both before and after the design. Obviously, the sample shows better performance after the EMC design,and meets the requirements of GB 14048.2--2008.
