摘 要:通过对整数槽永磁同步电动机分析与设计,消除使电机产生振动和噪声的电磁力波,减小电机的齿槽转矩。首先对整数槽和分数槽电机的力波含量进行分析,再推导出磁极偏移与齿槽转矩之间的关系,并利用Maxwell 2D有限元分析软件对磁极偏移不同角度进行对比与分析,找出最佳偏移角度,并制作了样机。最后通过永磁体偏移和不偏移的仿真结果与样机试验结果进行对比分析,验证了该方法的正确性,对改善永磁同步电动机的振动和噪声的改善具有实用价值。The integer slot permanent magnet synchronous motor was analysed to reduce cogging torque and electromagnetic level force wave which produced the vibration and noise.Firstly the force waves between integer slot and fractional slot were analysed,and then the relationships of magnet shifting between cogging torque were obtained.The finite element analysis software Maxwell 2D was employed to compare and analyze the different angle of permanent magnet,then the optimal magnet angle was determined,and the prototype motor was manufactured.Finally,by comparing analysis of simulation and test results of normal permanent magnet and magnet shifting,the method was confirmed the accuracy.It is significant to improve the vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
